At Country Living Guest Home, Inc., we provide a safe and peaceful environment for adults with mental illness or developmental disabilities. Our services include 24/7 supervision by trained staff, assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and transportation to medical appointments and community activities.
We prioritize our residents' comfort by offering amenities such as utilities, basic cable, and healthy meals. Each home is designed to operate with the residents' comfort in mind, ensuring a home-like atmosphere that promotes independence and well-being.

Our office is located at 217 East 9th Street, Washington, NC 27889. Our facilities are all located in Washington, NC, and are easily accessible and situated in peaceful neighborhoods, providing a serene environment for our residents.
Our dedicated staff members are trained in CPR, First Aid, NCI-A, Seizure Management, Medication Administration, Blood Borne Pathogens, Diabetes, and Special Populations. We also have a Registered Nurse on staff to oversee medications and monitor residents' physical well-being, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to develop goal-oriented Person-Centered Plans and provide therapy.
We offer transportation services for all residents, including trips to medical, psychiatric, dental, and therapy appointments. Additionally, we provide opportunities for local outings to promote community inclusion.
Our homes offer comfortable housing with utilities, basic cable, laundry facilities, and healthy meals. Each home operates with residents' comfort in mind, ensuring a homelike atmosphere that promotes independence and well-being.
Country Living Guest Home, Inc. is partnered with The Catalyst Project, LLC. to support residents transitioning into independent living. Country Living Guest Home, Inc. also is contracted with Trillium Health Resources to provide 1915i and Innovations Waiver transitional services to further support residents after leaving the group home.
We are accredited by CARF International and licensed by the State of North Carolina, which demonstrates our commitment to providing quality services. Our Quality Assurance Supervisors ensure that all homes meet North Carolina Health Regulations standards and assists with the day-to-day operations of the homes.
Country Living Guest Home, Inc.'s current bed rate follows the state-set Medicaid rate for Room & Board. This rate rises each year in correspondence to the annual Cost of Living Adjustment. Currently, the rate is $1,359.00. This rate is generally covered through a combination of the resident's SSI/SSDI and Special Assistance provided through Medicaid with an overpayment of $90 that goes back into the resident's pocket every month for personal care needs and medication co-pays. For residents without Medicaid, please call for our private pay rate. Country Living Guest Home, Inc. is also contracted to accept Innovations Waiver funding.
